Happy Friday BUSTies! It was a fairly quiet week in our neck of the woods (with the exception of a possible snowpocalypse that turned out to be more of a mini-blizzard). Following last's weeks eleventh hour abortion restriction bill, we're actually a little glad to have a slightly slower news week. Any time period where women's rights aren't institutionally pared down goes on the good pile, in our books.   So what did happen that you may have missed? Well...   1. Read More
We all have those girls we're especially tight with. They're the ones we can always rely on to be there, to be honest and fair. Never fear, family: We will be taking the local train home, and will be living off vegan cheese and leftover pizza until further notice. Thank you for sending these messages. We love you. There's plenty of other awesome ones where those came from, including ... Read More
Maybe you remember Cannibal Cop - maybe you don't. Just in case, we'd like to refresh your memory:  Last july, NYC cop Gilberto Valle had his conviction overturned. Conviction for whatyou ask? Wanting to eat women, and not in the sexy way we all appreciate. According to BBC, Valle spent 20 months in jail after his wife found documents that notated plans to murder her then turn her into an entree. There were also documents in existence that discussed kidnapping, killing, and eating other women. Read More
