Sheer Mag’s Playing Favorites embraces rock ‘n’ roll’s pop roots and showcases the electric charisma of singer Tina Halladay. The particularly catchy “Moonstruck” could easily be an arena-rock anthem. “All Lined Up” features crooner-style vocals akin to a punk Roy Orbison.
