In Mille Lacs Lake in Minnesota, an ice tsunami started moving toward land at a rapid pace, destroying all property in its path. 40 mile per hour winds pushed ice off the lake onto 60 to 80 feet of land. The ice now covers about 2.5 miles of shoreline and some mounds grew as high as 30 feet!
