I’m a Roald Dahl fan and I must admit, I have never read Fantastic Mr. Fox. Turns out the Wes Anderson movie-adaptation will hit theaters Nov. 25th and from the looks of the preview, I’m incredibly excited and eagerly awaiting its release.
If you’re unfamiliar with the story, Mr. Fox tries to keep one step ahead of three nitwit farmers Boggis, Bunce, and Bean who are trying to dig him out of his home! Cute shenanigans follow as Fox and the gang try to keep their lead, as well as hide out where the farmers least expect them.
With voice work from the usual Anderson gang (Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Jason Schwartzman, etc) and the always delightful Meryl Streep and George Clooney, its stop-motion animation, and adorable critters, this film has the potential to be a winner.
