I don’t know how many times I’ve almost tripped on broken sidewalks and holes in the ground. It’s not only annoying and possibly dangerous, it’s not very pretty! Juliana Santacruz Herrera decided to change that and create some adorably unusual (& colorful!) street art. She brightened up the city of Paris with twisted yarn and although it may not fix the pothole problem, it’s certainly fun to look at!

The 10th Annual Tribeca Film Festival has finally screened it’s last flick, and as the dust settles, it’s time to look back and appreciate some of the female directors whose films were among the fest’s most exceptional work. It’s amazing what a little Photoshop can do to a picture. I always thought this was a recent phenomenon, but I guess I never really put much thought into why pin-up girls always looked so damn fabulous. Seems to me like these images were Photoshopped before Photoshop even existed. Before airbrushing there was paint brushing! Either way these gorgeous ladies are working it!
