Sad news for music fans: the body of lady MC Magnolia Shorty was discovered in a car outside the entrance of a New Orleans apartment complex on Monday. She and the car's other passenger, Jerome Hampton, were shot to death. Magnolia Shorty, born Renetta Lowe, was 28. She has collaborated with singer Kourtney Heart and was part of the Cash Money crew.
