After only seven episodes, Kathy Griffin is leaving Fashion Police, due to creative differences between her style of comedy and the network’s intention for the show.
Griffin released this statement via Twitter last evening:
It is great to see that Kathy Griffin values her artistic integrity more than a paycheck—as would be expected from a previous BUST cover gal—and is instead going to work on her material in order to remain an inclusive, feminist contributor to the comedy world. Read More

Zendaya Coleman looked straight-up flawless at this years Oscars, rocking a stunning Vivienne Westwood gown and long natural locs. But even perfection can’t escape E! Fashion Police unscathed, and this time it was a doozy. Read More

In 2008 Kathy Griffin became the first woman to make it to #1 on the Billboard Top Comedy List, and five years later she became the third female comedian ever to win a Grammy. As 2014 comes to close, Griffin is keeping busy on a nationwide comedy tour, preparing to replace her late hero Joan Rivers on E!’s Fashion Police, and will be honored in Monday’s release of MAKERS: Women in Comedy on PBS.
The show will explore how the comedian fought to find a place for herself and future generations of women in the world of comedy. Read More
Kathy Griffin is far from subtle; seriously, you don’t want to get on her bad side. The saucy comedian will skewer anyone who crosses her with her quick wit and biting tongue. Turns out, she won’t only stick up for herself. Womankind, Kathy Griffin has our backs.

Obtaining tickets (translation: promising to review in exchange for) to a sold out Kathy Griffin show is pretty exciting. Having realistic expectations for the seats being in the janitor's closet, and then coming to find that they are in the THIRD ROW is cause for me to take time out from the last full day of my first ever trip to Portland to brag about it via blog, which I'm doing now from the publishing department of Portland State University.
When planning this Portland trip, I came to find that Griffin was performing a show on my second night here. Read More

Last week Kathy Griffin held a pool-side press conference to bring awareness to cervical cancer. To make sure she'd get the press to pay attention, she had a pap smear done in public. While the up-close-and-personal details were kept under a drape, the chair and stirrups were there for all to see. She dressed for the occasion in a blue spangled bikini—something I'd never think to wear to the gynecologist–a matching vajazzle dipping into her bathing suit bottom, rhinestones sparkling in the sunlight. On one hand, go Kathy. Read More
