This would certainly break up the monotony of a long highway drive. A college student in Raleigh (allegedly) rearranged a bunch of road cones and barrels into the shape of a monster. He even drew on a face. The monster was up for less than a day before authorities had it taken down. Joe Carnevale, the student accused, was arrested for this last week. He is being charged with larceny and property damage and goes to court on July 21. Hopefully he gets a judge with a good sense of humor. -Liza
