Most people have a love/hate relationship with their cleaning supplies, but actress Susan-Kate Heaney really loves hers. Specifically her mops. Since she was a little girl Heaney has collected them, talked to them, and even considered them her friends.
In her new one-woman comedy show Mop-oholic, Heaney gives us a look at her many mops and all their personalities. She has over 30 and each one is unique. Just like a snowflake. Her kooky tales of moving to New York, first job, and relationship woes (all narrated by her mops) might even convince you to be a little nicer to your trusty feather duster.
Check out the show, directed by comedian Deanna Raphael, at The People’s Improv Theater (aka The PIT) in New York City on September 12, 19 and October 6. Tickets are $5 and can be reserved here.
Watch below to meet just a few of Heaney’s mops… I mean friends.
