You thought you got that song out of your head. But it’s back.
Rock the Vote, the organization that has been trying to make voting cool since 1990, is at it again. This time, they are luring youngsters to the polls with Lil Jon, Lena Dunham, Natasha Lyonne, and more, as well as the big, loud question: turn out for what?
Midterm elections are November 4th, so be sure to vote! For what? For prison reform, for global warming, for reproductive rights – or, like Fred Armisen, because all your friends are doing it.
We know sometimes our political climate seems as hopeless as getting Lil Jon’s voice out of our heads, but at least he is giving good advice this time: get registered here, get educated, and vote!
