We recently spotted an interesting link floating around the internets courtesy of Racked.com, an interview with a woman who’s been hanging out in the East Village…all out.
Hats off, or tops off, rather, to Moira Johnston for her confidence. She’s been going topless for a few weeks in New York in honor of the legality of the act. In fact, she insists, “It’s to raise awareness that’s it’s legal for woman to be topless anywhere a guy can be without a shirt since 1992 here in New York State.” That’s news to me. I don’t know if I’d ever be as bold as Johnston, but it’s an interesting thing to keep in mind if you’re ever tempted to go sans shirt in the big city.
Would you ever go topless, knowing that it’s legal? Leave us a comment and let us know why or why not!
