George Zimmerman’s girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe, who called the police last month when Zimmerman was allegedly breaking her things and pointing a gun at her, now says, “I am not afraid of George in any manner and I want to be with him.” Scheibe says that the official report doesn’t accurately reflect what happened. She no longer wants to press charges and wants to lift the order that prevents them from having contact with one another. #Yikes.
“When I was being questioned by police I felt very intimidated,” said Scheibe in an affidavit taken on December 6th. “I believe that the police misinterpreted me and that I may have misspoken about certain facts in my statement to police.” Scheibe claims that she was deprived of food and water, contributing to her lack of clarity while being questioned by police, but according to Heather Smith, spokeswoman for the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, that wasn’t at all true.
Despite what she may or may not have said during the questioning, the call she placed to the 911 dispatcher back in November was pretty clear: “He’s got a freaking gun breaking all my stuff right now.” Multiple reports of the account say that Zimmerman brandished a weapon at her. Now, Scheibe is claiming that he “never pointed a gun at toward my face in a threatening manner.”
After police arrived at the incident in response to Scheibe’s call, Zimmerman placed a 911 call of his own, claiming that his girlfriend had, “gone crazy” on him. He also lied and said she was pregnant, maybe thinking it would align with his side of the story which essentially chalks the whole thing up to hysteria. “I just want everyone to know the truth,” he said, while ironically lying through his teeth.
It’s pretty unlikely that Scheibe’s revised account is the more accurate one. No matter where the gun was pointed during the incident, she once felt threatened enough to call the police and that should be duly noted. Oh and her boyfriend is GEORGE ZIMMERMAN, who shouldn’t continually be let off the hook.
