The recipe for a satisfying purchase calls for quality products, unique details, and an inspiring company mission. The best friends and pro foodies Jessica Quon and Sabrina Valle behind The Jam Stand have it down pat. Hailed as Brooklyn’s “happiest food company”, Quon and Valle began their journey in an apartment kitchen in Williamsburg, where they vowed to stay true to their mission: create a food company that’s a true reflection of themselves and their community.
Since then, their world has grown immensely. The Jam Stand’s devoted followers, known as “Jam Fans” love their products because of their unique flavor combinations and commitment to using fresh and local fruits. Their Drunken Monkey jam will have you hooked (it’s got bananas, sugar, rum and lime) and their Blueberry Burbon creation will give your pancakes instant star power.
Drunken Monkey
The Jam Stand is known for being more than an artisan food company. Instead, they infuse their customer service and products with their signature jovial and enthusiastic attitudes, a telltale sign of business owners that are thrilled to be doing what they love. You may not have given the personality of your morning spread much thought, but maybe you should.

Quon and Valle are proud to be known as “two of the silliest girls in a sometimes-jaded Brooklyn. Positivity as a company ethos has proved successful; happiness is contagious.”
Peach and Sriracha jam? Yes please.
