Calling all shutterbugs!

Hey you photographer types! There is a new international photo festival in town and they are looking for entries. The New York Photo Festival will take place in Dumbo on May 14-18, and you will have a chance to have your work judged by some of the best eyeballs in the business. The Jury includes:

Elisabeth Biondi (The New Yorker), Bill Hunt (Hasted Hunt Gallery), Jody Quon (New York magazine), Benjamin Trigano (M + B Gallery), and Charlie Melcher (Melcher Media) photographer Lauren Greenfield, Tim Barber (of tinyvices.com, and New York Photo Festival curator), and the festival’s founders and co-chairmen: Frank Evers of VII Photo Agency and Daniel Power of powerHouse Books.  

And the photo exhibition part will be curated by:

Kathy Ryan, picture editor of The New York Times Magazine 
Martin Parr, Magnum photographer
Lesley A. Martin, book publisher at the Aperture Foundation
Tim Barber of tinyvices.com
