26 Powerful Photos From New York’s March For Our Lives

On Saturday, March 24, over a million people around the world marched for gun control in the March For Our Lives, according to Vox. Spearheaded by survivors of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida, the main March For Our Lives took place in Washington, DC, and was joined by 800 sister marches around the world — including a march in New York that drew 175,000 people, according to Mayor Bill DeBlasio. Photographer Jena Cumbo was there to capture the signs and faces of those marching in New York. See a selection of her photos below:
