Tax Refunds Go Into The Piggy Bank As Americans Struggle In Today’s Economy

It’s that time of year again, tax season! You may be wondering what Americans are planning to do with their tax refunds in 2023. With the economic downturn impacting many aspects of our lives, it’s no surprise that people are looking forward to receiving their tax refunds more than ever. According to a recent survey, Americans are planning to put their tax refunds toward a variety of expenses in 2023, but most plan on setting the money aside for a rainy day. Others intend to carry on as always, paying off debt or splurging on vacations and home improvements. With the average tax refund expected to be around $1,900 (down from previous years), it’s clear that many people are eager to make the most of this extra cash.
