Wage inequality is one of the major battles women of all backgrounds are currently fighting around the world, and Sarah Silverman is joining the fray with her new video for #Ask4More.
#Ask4More is part of Levo League, with the goal of educating women and men about the history of pay inequality and how it affects women in their day-to-day lives. The organization also encourages women to negotiate their pay rates, gives them with tips and techniques, while also providing job listings from major companies across the United States.
Silverman talks about her own experiences with unequal pay, Internet haters regarding women’s rights, and internalized expectations of success.
