Tish and Snooky will be at the fair from 1:30pm-4:00pm on Saturday and 12:00pm-3:00pm on Sunday to sign copies of their new beauty and lifestyle book Manic Panic: Living in Color. The book is filled with useful pro-tips on how to accomplish the perfect shades and colors to help you express your inner rainbow. The first 100 attendees will receive complimentary goody bags filled with holiday treats, including a free bottle of their Amplified temporary hair color spray.
