Comedy Central’s ‘The Glass Ceiling’ Is Too Funny And Too True

by Meghan Sara

In the hilarious video for the (fake) board game “The Glass Ceiling” released by Comedy Central yesterday, shit gets too, too real.

Board Game The Glass Ceiling

All little girls are told they can be whoever they want to be when they grow up. But is that really the case?  This parody commercial has us laughing because, if we don’t laugh, we’ll probably cry.

Grown-up girls can laugh/cry at the game which introduces girls to workplace sexism and harassment. The child actors in the video deliver their lines of dissappointment flawlessly, and their “WTF” faces are tragic and cute. Tragicute? If such a thing exists, this is definitely it.
