Drop Everything, Maya Rudolph Is Coming Back To Your TV!

by Madeline Raynor

Maya Rudolph and Martin Short are set to co-host a variety show on NBC called Maya and Marty in Manhattan. The show will tape live at 30 Rock, that hallowed palace of comedy magic. SNL‘s Lorne Michaels will executive produce. The show will be a continuation of Maya Rudolph’s one-off variety special The Maya Rudolph Show, which graced our television screens in 2014.

This is great timing since the SAG awards renewed our collective obsession with comedy legend Carol Burnett, who also had her own variety show. We’re so glad Maya Rudolph is joining the ranks of lady late night show hosts.
