Ivanka Trump Mistakes Father, Donald, For A Feminist

by Katherine Barner

So, Ivanka Trump came out and claimed that her father, Donald Trump, is a feminist. First of all, no. Just stop right there. The man that has said things such as, “You know, it doesn’t really matter what [the media] write as long as you’ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass,” from an Esquire interview in 1991, and, “My favorite part [of Pulp Fiction] is when Sam has his gun out in the diner and he tells the guy to tell his girlfriend to shut up. Tell that bitch to be cool. Say: ‘Bitch be cool.’ I love those lines,” as told in TrumpNation: The Art of Being The Donald, 2005.

Ivanka told The Sunday Times of London that Donald’s stance as a supporter of feminism is “a big reason I am the woman I am today. He always told me and showed me that I could do anything I set my mind to if I married vision and passion with work ethic. He’s surrounded me with strong female role models who have done just that since I was a little girl.” She claims that her father is the best candidate for women. Because apparently Donald knows more about women than, you know, an actual woman. And again, no. Stop.

Just a reminder, Trump has called women he decides he doesn’t like for one reason or another “slobs,” “fat pigs,” “dogs,” “disgusting animals,” “bimbos,” and much, much more.
