Equal Rights in the Hawkeye State

One more state has OK’d same sex marriage. Iowa’s Supreme Court ruled that a law from 1998 saying that marriage could only be between a man and a woman was unconstitutional. The ruling goes into effect in 21 days.

Vermont and New Hampshire both have gay marriage acts in process, but governors of both states oppose them.
