Emma Stone is seriously becoming my favorite human being. I’m still giving her props for aptly handling her bf’s sexist comment. But this time around I’m admiring her most recent appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and how she brought the heaaaat.
Fallon started off strong with a lip synch to Iggy Azaleas “Fancy” and some divalicious dance moves…but he was not equipped to deal with Stone’s insane performance of “Hook” by Blues Traveler. Girl gave it her all and was like…actually singing every.single.word. I have never seen someone sing ,“Suck it in suck it in suck it in. If you’re Rin Tin Tin or Anne Boleyn, make a desperate move or else you’ll win,” without stumbling. That shit is a tongue twister!
I also totally admire Stone because she was almost snarling throughout this whole competition. She wasn’t afraid of playing dirty, and told Fallon, “Not good luck to you.” She’s playful and confident and knows what she is capable of, on the karaoke floor and in life! Stone’s final performance was of All I Do Is Win by DJ Khaled. Holy moly, the fury was real in this one. The little lady was all dolled up yet completely embodied a hyped-up baller determined to hustle ’til shes on top. Watching Stone rap, “All I do is win win win no matter what, everytime I step up in the building everybody hands go up” made me feel like I 100% support this gal and look forward to her exceedingly bright future!
