The Brooklyn International Film Festival kick-off party is tonight and the films start screening on Friday! The party tonight is from 6 pm until whenever at The Delancey , which is located at 158 Delancey St in Manhattan (which seems odd for the Brooklyn Int’l Film Fest, no?).
There are happy hour events almost every night during the festival, at various bars in the DUMBO neighborhood (my digs!). The films are all being screened at the Brooklyn Heights Cinema on Henry St. There are tons of movies playing, so it should be a really good festival.
