I long ago abandoned any hope of ever living somewhere that would offer me the unparalleled luxury of my own personal washer/dryer, but that fact didn’t keep me from stopping in my tracks when I saw these two beauties being delivered to some lucky lady on 13th St. between 5th and 6th. Upon further inspection, I learned that they are one of the new "Wild Cherry Red" washer/dryer sets from LG, and this pic doesn’t even do them justice. Even from across the street, these things look like sports cars! The delivery guys looked happy just touching them! OK – I sound psycho so I’ll stop. Maybe it’s a sign of age that I’m now getting all weak-kneed over appliances with killer paint jobs, but whatevs. Maybe someday…
