Ok – it’s deepest darkest February, so you might need a) cheering up b) to keep warm c) to get fit – or all three!

You can learn some dance routines (including the baggy pants moves favored by the aforementioned Mr Hammer) and you can compete with your friends to see who really does have the best moves!
