What I Wore To Fashion Week

by Kristina Uriegas-Reyes

I’ve thrown tons of Fashion Week street style your way, but I thought I’d come out from behind the lens and show you some of the looks I put together from that week. I’m all about fun when it comes to fashion. From pillbox hats to kitty-cat shoes, I’m not afraid to look a little kooky now and then. I also took comfort into consideration, and wore flats amid a sea of high heels. With some pep in my step and bright tights to spare, I’d say many of my looks are downright ready for spring. I know I am!

Most of the photos are from my blog, Twee Valley High, but the photos of this first look were taken by Chantal Adair of NYC Street File

What I Wore: top/hat/skirt, all thrifted; tights by Hue; shoes by Bass Loves Rachel Antonoff; bag by Mulberry; sunglasses by Miu Miu.

What I Wore: beret/skirt/coat, all thrifted; sweater by Ann Taylor; top by Jason Wu for Target; tights by Hue; necklace by Forever 21; shoes by Etsy Shop EmandSprout. They’re tough to see, but I also wore a thrifted petticoat and an adorable panda pendant from Etsy Shop Paper Sparrow that I got at the BUST Craftacular!

Here’s a closer look at my cat shoes. …Is it weird that I’m a dog lover who loves all cat fashion things?

What I Wore: coat/cat sweater/skirt/faux fur neck piece/sunglasses, all thrifted; tights by Hue; shoes by Salvatore Ferragamo; bag by Marc Jacobs.

What I Wore: top/skirt/shoes/hat, all thrifted; scarf, H&M; coat by Erin Fetherston for Target;  tights by Hue; bag by Mulberry.

The below-right photo of me was taken by Tavi of Style Rookie (in the below-left photo) at the Rachel Antonoff F/W 2012 presentation. I just wore all black, since the hat was my main piece.
