Vendor Spotlight for the BUST Holiday Craftacular in Boston: Zooguu

by Susan Avett

With the BUST Holiday Craftacular Boston, fast approaching, we can’t help but share our excitement about another vendor!  For those of you who haven’t yet heard, the BUST Holiday Craftacular Boston on Saturday is happening on Nov. 22 at the Cyclorama in the Boston Center for the Arts from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We will be hosting more than 100 vendors, offering make-and-take crafts, tasty treats, gift wrapping and more.  There will also be a cat cafe benefitting Broken Tail Rescue, and an ugly sweater selfie booth. There isn’t a better way to spend your Saturday!

Although all of our vendors are wonderful and offer goodies that you probably can’t live without, we are especially excited to welcome Zooguu to the vendor lineup this year.  Zooguu offers original, handmade, high quality toys, ornaments, faux taxidermy and illustration for kids of all ages.

The lady behind the operation, Jen Gubicza, has 10+ years of graphic design experience.  She designs all of the patterns with a sense of style and humor, and once she has settled on a design, she then does the sewing. Jen’s husband, Brian, is not only an illustrator but he also helps out by doing all of the fabric cutting. Keeping in mind the potential wear and tear toys can endure, the fabric selections are made based on durability, color, and ease of maintenance so you can be sure your purchase will not only last, but will also be easy to take care of.

Be sure to stop by and tell Jen and Brian hello at the BUST Holiday Craftacular Boston on Nov. 22!
