The countdown has begun. There are five more days until the BUST Holiday Craftacular Boston. Yup, that’s right, on Saturday Nov. 22 at the Cyclorama in the Boston Center for the Arts we are hosting a whole slew of awesome from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There will be over 100 vendors, make-and-take crafts, an ugly sweater booth, tasty treats, gift wrapping, a cat café with adoptable cats benefiting the Broken Trail Rescue. It is sure to be a perfect day filled with creativity and inspiration.
One of the amazing crafters attending is Boston native Lisa O’Neil of Glamourpuss Creations. O’Neil takes vintage pieces from the 1960s and ’70s and updates them for a fresh new and modern look. She enjoys using brass and lucite beads that she gets from secret warehouse stashes, along with other unique materials to create one of a kind pieces.
Warning: the hybrid of vintage and modern awesomeness may cause jealousy, questions, and befriendment of fellow Craftacular goers.
So please, stop by, say hello to Lisa and all of her gorgeous and elegant pieces while you adventure through on Saturday. You are likely to be pleasantly inspired by the handcrafted treasures before you. While you countdown with us, you can visit all the beautiful pieces at her Etsy, Facebook, and Pinterest pages.
