Two Convicted After Blocking Women from Entering Clinic

by Katie Oldaker

Monday, for the first time in NYC, federal prosecutors utilized the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act to convict two men with blocking the entrance of a Planned Parenthood in Manhattan.

Both men will be sentenced June 10th. They will face a maximum of six months and a maximum $10,000 fine.

In light of the circus in Oklahoma, it’s nice to know that some government folks are working to make access to abortions easier.
