The Patricia Field Pop-Up Shop Is A Must-See For New Yorkers

by Anastasia K Zimitravich

Dover Street Market will be getting a new limited edition addition to their international stores on December 3, just in time for the holiday season! The haute-couture collective, with locations in Tokyo, Beijing, London and New York, are pairing up with Patricia Field to open a Japanese street fashion pop-up shop. Patricia Field, native New Yorker and award-winning costume designer for Sex and the City and The Devil Wears Prada, hand-picked each designer to create one-of-a-kind pieces for the bazaar. Among the curators include Suzan Pitt, Scooter La Forge, and Apostolos Mitropoulos, promising to accommodate anyone with a flair for post-modernist style with prices ranging between $10 and $1000. Flaunting avant-garde conversation pieces from ice cream scoop beanies to cartoon emblazoned hoodies, the shop guarantees to house something that you will love forever, but alas, the store itself will only be around until December 28.
