Joshua Katcher (above) or the Discerning Brute will be making an appearance and doing a demonstration at this weekend’s BUST Spring Fling Craftacular . In association with the Farm Sanctuary , Katcher will be demonstrating how you can replace everyday food items with vegan ones, thereby helping the environment and helping yourself become healthy. Joshua will be doing ‘Vegan Cooking 101’, a lot of Q and A, specifically addressing each farm animal, and how to replace those foods in everyday cooking. It is not to be missed!
He will be doing his vegan cooking demos in the afternoon on Sunday May 17th at the Warsaw in Brooklyn between noon and 3:30pm, and as a Craftacular special, he will be whipping up some vegan waffle samples for attendees with unspeakably yummy toppings!
