Stevie Ryan Battles Twerking Addiction on Stevie TV

by Mary Grace Garis

Stevie Ryan has been long cultivating a living off of being simultaneously hilarious and a total babe . However, Stevie is prepared to address a very serious issue in tonight’s season two return of Stevie TV: a documentation of her twerking addiction. BUST sincerely hopes that Stevie has since sought out help with her problem, and will be able to proceed with her show.

Stevie TV, in case you missed last season, is a sketch comedy show that showcases Ryan’s impeccable ability to satire the tiniest elements of pop cultures, as well as impersonate everyone from Kim Kardashian to Justin Bieber with relative ease and frightening accuracy.

Other potential highlights? Stevie’s music video turn as “Stevie Minaj” with “Lil Lil Wayne.” I actually feel like there’s shades of Iggy Azalea in her Nicki Minaj impression, if we’re gonna be real, and Lil Lil Wayne is exactly what it sounds like.

Ryan’s humble beginnings originated on Youtube, giving unrealistic expectations for the rest of us who want to churn internet fame into a career. Her magnum opus was the webseries Scene Kid Love, a twelve episode masterpiece documenting the torrid romance between Myspace celebrities Sceney Sceneable and Hilton Suicide. Chris Crocker starred as Sceney’s mom, and Hilton’s best friend was a pink-haired drag queen with a hit single called “Zombie Cum.” Basically, it captured all the worst parts of 2008.

Stevie TV returns tonight at 10/9 c. on VH1.
