Though not a new idea, sisters-gone-designers can often make the best of teams (Sienna and Savannah Miller of Twenty8Twelve, The Olsens, Laura and Kate Mulleavy of Rodarte, the list goes on…) So if you’re looking for a bit of whimsy brought to you by another sister duo, look no further.
British blogging babes Molly and Alice Goddard channeled their passion for fashion into their own handmade line, Lovetits. But don’t be fooled by the name–there’s no garish lingerie to be had here. The collection is comprised of tasteful-yet-cheeky mesh tops that work as a play on The Little Mermaid; instead of Ariel’s seashells to cover your bosom, you’ll find different fun glittered-out graphic patches like fried eggs and hearts. Though the Goddard sisters are currently both students studying fashion prints and knitwear at St. Martins in England, Lovetits gives the girls a taste of the designing biz that I’m sure we’ll be hearing more of from them soon. Prices range from $108- $166 and can be bought off their namesake website.
