In a BUST Exclusive, Margaret Cho shared with us the artwork for her new album, American Myth. Now, because we love you, we’re sharing it with all of you! Previously, we shared an exclusive peek at the track list for American Myth, Cho’s debut effort as a composer.
From what we’ve already seen (and heard), this album promises to be a perky romp through some pretty heavy topics. Cho says, “It is my glamorous and glittering tribute to family, comedy, anger, fame, gayness, grief, fat pride, love and hate.” With upbeat anthems like “(I Want To) Kill My Rapist,” “Ron’s Got A DUI,” and “Fat Pussy,” this album is going to make you feel all the feels, even while you’re singing along to it’s blissed-out melodies. Prepare your eyeballs, because the hotness of the album cover is coming right up!:
You can watch her latest music video right now! “Anna Nicole” is an infectious, upbeat requiem for the late Anna Nicole Smith. It’s weird, yet sweetly touching, and it’s totally going to get stuck in your head:
Margaret Cho’s new album American Myth is NOW AVAILABLE FOR PREORDER! The album drops 4/29, so order it today and you can spend the rest of the month lying in a cuddle-puddle of Playboy bunnies, playing with robotic dogs…I mean, naturally!
