The BUST Craftacular took over SoHo on Saturday, filling the space at 82 Mercer with over 100 vendors and more than 2,000 craft enthusiasts throughout the day.
Set-up began early. 8 AM on a Saturday is not a time I see often, but it was totally worth it to see the transformation of the space.
Before the crowds arrived!
With vendors loading in, we got a sneak peek at the incredible wares. I had friends meeting me later, and I was nearly exploding because I had promised to wait to peruse. Self-control is incredibly difficult when you see vendors unloading things like this:
Hamburger skirt from New York Couture modeled by Intern Caroline.
Terrariums by Twig Terrariums.
Creepy cute pillows from PinkyPunk.
Doors opened at 11, and the lucky first 300 guests got swag bags, filled with goodies and packed with love by the team here at BUST. The space soon filled up, and with DJ and former BUST staffer Sheila B. spinning 60s girl pop, the Craftacular felt more like a party than a craft fair.

Thanks to all the vendors and to everyone who came out and made this Craftacular a huge success! See you next time!
