You can do all of this and more on December 8 and 9 in Greenpoint, Brooklyn at the BUST Craftacular Holiday and BUST School For Creative Living. We will be hosting a wide range of workshops and panels including two sessions of a class called “Yoni Apothecary—Herbs We Use To Heal Our Yoni” taught by Sabrina Vedete, co-founder of Sacred Lotus Yoni Steam. The classes will explore using medicinal herbs for restoring your reproductive health. We talked with Vedete about Lotus Yoni Steam and what she will be doing at BUST Craftacular.

I read your menstrual cycle like a Tarot card. I call upon the wisdom of nature to heal imbalances in the womb. The alchemy of herb and womb restore physical health, sensuality, vitality and feminine essence to the life force energy of your sacred center. My offering is Sacred Lotus Yoni Steam. I am a Vaginal Steam Therapist and am currently earning my Peristeam Hydrotherapist Certification. I am honored to share ancient wisdom with wombyn in ritual, revealing how to unlock the codes of our feminine intuition and restore balance to our health with the herbal medicine practice of yoni steaming and yoni egg crystal guidance. I study the phases of our menstrual cycle, fertility solutions, feminine archetypes, tantric dance with wise teachers and embody the work through my own daily rituals and connection to Mama Gaia. I am an intuitive coach who supports the releasing of that which does not serve—to plant the seeds for our deepest desires to blossom and manifest.
What inspired you to start your business?
Chronic UTIs and refusing to take any more antibiotics or medication! This and my sister, who was in school studying to become a Clinical Herbalist, recommended I try yoni steaming to treat and prevent the UTIs. We were both shocked that I—a hippie traveler—had never heard of the herbal vaginal steam. And I loved it! My symptoms left and have not returned. In a very short amount of time, I began to share this ancient medicine practice with wombyn in sacred circle and within moon magick rituals. Wombyn began to confide in me and ask for support around the imbalances they were experiencing… from infertility, endometriosis, PCOS, surgical adhesion, UTI/yeast/viral infections, postpartum healing… and the list goes on. I didn’t have the answers to their questions, so I began to seek answers and discovered Peristeam Hydrotherapy—I knew then that my divine purpose had surfaced in front of my face and I gave it a huge hug. And here we are three years later with Sacred Lotus.
What is your creative process like?
Immersion in Nature—Listening to Midnite—Allowing MySelf to Surrender to the Pure Wonder of Life and Ecosystems.
What advice do you have for people who are pursuing a career in your field?
Divine timing to step gracefully into your soul purpose is now… those of us resonating on this vibration rise to the occasion with vulnerability, authenticity, courageousness and Unconditional Love and Respect for all living creatures!
Tell us about what you’ll be doing at Craftacular.
I will be teaching two workshops and hosting our Sacred Lotus Yoni Steam booth. I recommend attending one of the workshops to re/discover the wisdom of plant medicine working in tune with our body and spirit to heal and evolve to our highest realms of self.

We handcraft each herbal blend in small batches with high intention and deep sacred prayer.
