ROFL of the Day: Presidents With Boob Faces

by Maggie Carr

It’s Election Day! And everyone is really, really tense. I’m no exception: just the other day, an acquaintance mentioned that she really doesn’t care who wins, and instead of engaging said person in thoughtful dialogue, I yelled ROE VERSUS WADE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD and burst into tears.

So ANYWAY! Supreme Crafty Lady Callie discovered this gem yesterday and it had us all ROFLcoptering around the office. I don’t know how to explain it, and to be honest, I don’t even care. Just let it wash over you. Inhale. Exhale.

Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you: Presidents with Boob Faces.

Andrew Johnson (1865-1869)

Dwight D. Eisenhower (1953-1961)

Franklin Delano Roosevelt (1933-1945)

Harry S. Truman (1945-1953)

Abraham Lincoln (1861-1865)

William McKinley (1897-1901)

William Howard Taft (1909-1913)

And there are are more. Sweet Nelly, there are more. All of them are on display at artist Emily Deutchman’s solo exhibition at the Living Gallery (1087 Flushing Ave. in Brooklyn) through November 17th. Heck, you can even schmooze with the artist at the closing reception. The L train will be up soon enough. Don’t question it. Just go.

Feel better? I know I do.
