Why didn’t anybody tell me it was National Doughnut Day???? I just wasted all my stomach room on cheese. Arrgh! But who am I kidding, I have no problem celebrating NDD tomorrow with an old-fashioned. Or the next day with a glazed twist. Or the day after that with a jelly-filled. Mmmm…doughnuts.
And who knew the doughnut had such altruistic origins? When I get off work I’m heading straight to Doughnut Plant.
