We’re giving away a pair of tickets to a fantastic lady-centric show happening at Joe’s Pub on Tuesday December 9. You’ll bond with some crazy-talented women over diverse passions, intimate struggles, and of course, drinks. Women of Letters will be hosting its second inaugural event in New York City, and judging by the responses to the first one, you’ll want to be a part of it.
According to musician Amanda Palmer, Women of Letters is “the perfect alchemy of literary art-party and storytelling, with drinking and bonding for all genders of truth-seekers.”
An offshoot of the very successful Australian literary salon of the same name, the event hosts a panel of women sharing personal pieces which are—not so shockingly—in the form of letters.
Hosted by writer Sofija Stefanovic, December’s guests include: bestselling author Meg Wolitzer; singer-songwriter Kristin Hersh; writer, comedian and BUST contributor Sara Benincasa; performance artist Adrienne Truscott; comedian Aparna Nancherla; and fashion designer Rachel Antonoff.
