Muddle 2 2″ sections of celery in .75 oz simple syrup
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz fino sherry
1.5 oz plymouth gin
dash pernod absinthe
Preparation: Shake, fine strain into a Collins glass, top with soda. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
Garnish: Cucumber slice.
Citrus En Vogue

2 oz. Altos Blanco Tequila
½ oz. lemon, quartered (4 wedges)
6 basil leaves
1 Tbsp. agave
3 oz. Sparkling water (grapefruit or lime flavored such as Perrier Sparkling Water)
Preparation: Muddle lemon, basil, and agave in a mixing glass. Add Altos Tequila and ice. Shake and pour contents in a rocks glass. Top with Perrier Lime Flavor and stir gently.
Garnish: Basil and lemon wheel, Ice cubes
