Our favorite director/actress/performer/author Miranda July just announced a NYC reading on Oct. 5th as part of The New Yorker Festival, tickets go on sale Sept, 15th thru ticketmaster. If you’ve never seen her speak or perform live, you owe it to yourself to check her out, she is one charming and lovely lady! There will also be an amazing interview with her in the new issue of BUST, on newsstands at the end of Sept. In other MJ news, I was happy to see that contrary to accusations by now deceased cuckoo artists, Miranda went on record as saying she is most defintely NOT a Scientologist. Hooray, Beam me up L.Ron!
