Looney for Clooney: BUST Editor Emily Rems on NPR

by emily dirienzo

Earlier today, BUST’s own Emily Rems, managing editor and film fanatic, made an appearance (or at least her lovely voice did) on NPR’s morning news program the Takeaway.  On today’s program Emily and Newsday critic Rafer Guzman sit down with John Hockenberry and Celeste Headlee, and chew the fat about George Clooney’s multi-faceted acting career, as well as his role in the recently released movie The American. Tune in here to hear Emily weigh in on what she thinks is the best side of Clooney and dazzle us with a bit of Golden Girls trivia. While a preparatory Clooney-a-thon may have Miss Rems’ head spinning for days it’ll all be well worth it the day George calls about that beer.
