Little Stitches for Little Ones

by Jacquelyn Lewis

Not only are pleasing photos and delicious directions presented here, but the actual pattern pieces are also included.

A gorgeous book, and one which actually puts out, is Amy Butler’s Little Stitches for Little Ones. But beware: this one gets pretty explicit. Not only are pleasing photos and delicious directions presented here, but the actual pattern pieces you’ll need for sewing her projects are also included, in an adorable little pocket inside the front cover. If you have a baby or know someone who does, you’ll want to get down and dirty with patterns for kimonos, booties, and crib blankets, all designed in Butler’s signature style, starring her modern floral prints. And even if you have no babes in your life, there’s no law saying you have to carry diapers or bottles in her oversized “Everything” tote or diaper bag.
