Lady cop called hero at Fort Hood

by Laurie Henzel

The lady cop that is responsible for stopping the lunatic that shot and killed 13 people and wounded 30 others at Fort Hood on Thursday is being recognized as a fearless, fast acting heroine. Sgt. Kimberly Denise Munley is a 34-year-old mom of a 3 year old daughter and lives with her husband in Kileen, TX. According to the New York Times, she ran head-on into a dangerous situation, even while being fired at by the suspect. Luckily she was not seriously injured. She has been described by those who know her as a “ball of fire” and  real good cop.” Our hearts go out to the victims and their families, and a big-ups to Kimberly Denise for being such a bad-ass!  Image via Twitter
