That’s right! BUST Magazine is bringing camel rides to the Brooklyn EXPO Center Saturday, April 1st! Juuuuuuust Kidddiiinnnnggggg. While there won’t be camels (we’re pretty OK with that) there will be some incredible worldly-inspired offerings among our local favorites at BUST Craftacular PRIMPED Edition.

You can pack light because these 5 vendors are bringing the world to you at BUST Craftacular PRIMPED:

Jordyn Jacobs

Jordyn Jacobs creates wearable art, accessories, and bags from colorful textiles sourced from all over the world. She attended school in Tel Aviv and recently visited the Wadi Rum desert in Jordan, where she rode a camel, met the local people, and shopped for textiles. We love her designs and stories behind each unique piece.

Jessy’s Pastries

Jesse Nahmias will transport you to her grandmother’s home in Lima, Peru, with each bite of Empanada. She also brings a modern twist to her recipes by pulling in influences from her life in New York City. Are you Vegan? She has you covered, too. YUM!

Too Legit To Quilt

TooLegitToQuit

Dre McLeod is the creator of Too Legit To Quilt and has brought artisanal quilting to a whole new level. TLTQ makes meaningful, artful home accessories and wearable art that transcends us to distant lands, and uses symbolism to communicate in all languages. TLTQ is charitable and uses minimal waste practices.

Carribbean inspired skin care products, by Nydia Norville, will warm your skin with the organic botanicals of St. Lucia. Nydia has memories of her grandmother harvesting botanicals from the family garden in order to craft hair and skin care products for her grandchildren. Since those days, Nydia moved to New York City, where she created this beautiful skincare line of her own called Choiselle.
