Thanks to FRUiTS, the world can keep up with what the ladies of Harajuku, Tokyo are strutting in on a daily basis. The monthly street style magazine has been snapping shots since the mid 90s, and the August issue is filled with the usual volume of fresh and fearless fashion. She may have just gotten off the Baby Doll Express from Disney-Anime-Wonderland, but the pastel colors are poppin’ with her bleach blond hair.
