so remember a while back when i talked about filling that dirty little hole that the OC left in my heart when it got cancelled? consider it filled. wading in a pool of my own sweat last night I turned on the tv and happened to stumble upon the series premiere of Greek on ABC Family. never a skeptic, i gave it a whirl, and was devoured by not only the ridiculous story-lines that had me reminiscing about my college days but most importantly drooling (yes, additional body liquid leaking from my body) over the newbie scott michael foster, who plays a quirky, Van Wilder-esque character, Cappie, on the show. I’m admittedly a sucker for a slacker but this guy is so hot, he gets an A and a gold star from me. But to be real..does this show have any redeeming qualities as far as stretching your brain…absolutely not. but will i watch it? of course.
in other hottie news…
since my post about my favorite nerd bill had everyone’s panties in a bunch (in a good way), i was tipped to an idea from our lovely ex-intern gina, to dig up some other impressive child-star to hottie status transformations. the results? a lot of kids from my fave shows growing up either fell off the face of the earth or aren’t really worth mentioning, if ya know what i mean. i was, however, able to find these gems:
check it kids…curly sue herself. all grown up and brunette-bombshelled out. Since her Curly Sue days, she appeared in MTV’s series "Undressed" and has recently been starring in The Ten Commandents: The Musical, according to IMDB. Interesting.
not so much a child-star, but a transformation none the less. remember the kids from everyone’s favorite show about teen angst, My So-called Life? Here’s one for ya…everyone knows Jared Leto got all hot and shit (sans the eyeliner, of course) but its Devon Gummersall who played frizzy haired Brian on the show, that had me doing a double-take. Wowza!
