Over time Band of Outsiders have created some of my favorite campaign shots simply because they’ve somehow managed to make their well-known models look like randomly stylish people who happened to be caught on film. Past campaign stars include Jason Schwartzman, Kirsten Dunst, and Andrew Garfield, whose photos all turned out charmingly cinematic. I may have missed the past few Happy Potter films, but when I heard that Rupert Grint and Tom Felton would be Band of Outsider’s newest Fall 2011 models, I thought, “Yeah, that could work,” and indeed it does! “I love those films and the characters so much. They’re full of imagination and endless ideas,” designer, Scott Sternberg, explained to Style.com, “With the last film coming out this summer, it felt like a cool opportunity to capture this moment in these two actors’ lives, and give them a chance to poke a little fun at the whole thing too.” I couldn’t agree more. I just wish more boys dressed like this!
