Get Your Own “Clueless” Closet with These 3 Apps

by Katie Fustich

You’re like, a total spaz if you weren’t seriously obsessed with Cher’s magical computer-organized closet in Clueless. It’s disappointing to think that the film is nearly 20 years old and Ikea STILL hasn’t come up with anything remotely similar. But what’s this? A light in the distance? It would appear the wonderful world of technology has smiled upon us mere plebes: Cher’s style system is now iPhone compatible! Check out these apps and quit, like, buggin’ out, okay?

1.) Cloth

Cloth is a wardrobe organizing app so beautiful it hurts. While it doesn’t catalog individual pieces, it chronicles your daily outfits based on weather (hot, rainy, freezing…) and occasion (everyday, active, work…). Before you know it, you’ll have your own little treasure trove of looks to revisit and build upon.

2.) Figr

FIGR is the outfit designing system for the dedicated slave to fashion. Using runway and street-style photos, the app allows you to swipe through and combine different tops, bottoms, and shoes. While it doesn’t organize your personal closet, it’s perfect for finding outfit inspiration.

3.) Closet

The title says it all–this app is perfect for organizing individual pieces of your wardrobe and outfit planning. You can schedule outfits in advance and make packing lists, too. Best part? You can plug in the price of the item and it will tell you how many wears will give you your money’s worth. Science!!!

So what are you waiting for? I guarantee you’ll be, like, a serious Betty.
